The Level Up Scheme: Supporting Digital Inclusion in Our Education Community

Sweethaven is proud to be supporting Level Up Reigate & Banstead; a project that provides refurbished laptops for children and young people who need them for home study. Digital inclusion has moved to the top of the agenda for the education community, as the Covid-19 pandemic has forced a shift once again to remote teaching and learning. The Level Up scheme is designed to distribute equipment to those pupils who don’t have access to a laptop for home learning. How can you help with this important initiative? There are a number of ways you or your business can help to support:

  • Donation of any unwanted laptops running Windows 7, 8 or 10 and that have at least one USB port

  • Purchasing and donation of any “wish list” items for the scheme – this will be appearing on the Sweethaven website soon, but in the meantime please contact the Sweethaven team for further details

  • Undergoing, or about to undergo, an IT refresh? Speak to a member of the Sweethaven team for preferential pricing support on IT equipment refreshes in return for old kit donation to the scheme

If you have any questions at all or would like further details around any of the above, please don’t hesitate to contact the Sweethaven team. Together we can work to ensure we are doing the best to look after our education community and all those within it. Thank you in advance for your support. If you're from a school and would like to support, please visit our Education website for more information. #inittogether
