Sweethaven has received notice from many of our distributors and preferred partners to inform us of anticipated delays to supply chain and, in some cases, factory closures.
This in mind, the Sweethaven team advises to please consider confirmation of imminent orders or requirements as soon as possible to best mitigate risk of delays or shortages, that in turn can impact pricing.

As COVID-19 continues to spread and the government further promotes self-isolation, there are a number of important points that the Sweethaven team would like to bring to your attention for immediate consideration:
- Sufficient remote working capability. This will be crucial for ensuring your business can function should isolation be required. Please enquire with us today if you would like to clarify what your current remote working capability is and to determine options for enhancement, if required
- Supply chain restrictions. We are already starting to see these come to fruition, with significant kit delays anticipated from mid-March onwards. Please consider carefully potential kit requirements over the next 6 months minimum (in particular if machines are required to enable remote working) – please do enquire with the team should you want further advice here
