How the EPSON Express Service Centre works

If you are experiencing a problem with your EPSON Stylus inkjet, simply visit us as your nearest EPSON Express Service Centre, and we will put the following step-by-step process into action:

  • Warranty confirmed. Your proof of purchase and warranty details will be required to confirm the date of purchase of your printer.
  • Reported problem investigated. The printer will be examined and the extent of the problem and possible causes assessed.
  • First possible resolution – problem solved for original printer. If no service parts or assembly changes are required, the problem will be cleared. For driver related problems, a copy of the latest EPSON print driver can be provided. There will be no fee for repair or evaluation
  • Second possible resolution – printer replaced. If the problem cannot be fixed on the original printer, a permanent replacement will be offered (or you can be referred to the nearest accredited EPSON Service Provider)
  • Warranty administration. At the conclusion of the process, the EPSON Express service centre will complete a comprehensive service form, and you will be asked to sign and confirm your satisfaction, and to add any additional comments. All existing proof of purchase and warranty details will then be updated accordingly
  • Fast-track product exchange. In the event your printer is not in stock for replacement, one will be despatched direct from EPSON within 24 hours
  • Fast-track upgrade. In urgent situations where a Fast-track replacement product is not available, EPSON may authorise an upgrade to the next suitable replacement

Technology for Teaching

Projectors

From small classrooms to large lecture theatres, Epson's large selection of projectors covers all teaching environments. The range includes short-throw projectors suitable for interactive whiteboards, and ultra-secure projectors with anti-theft packs. Projectors with network connectivity can be conveniently monitored from a single point on your network.

Ultra-Short-Throw

Epson’s Ultra-short-throw technology pushes the boundaries of projection, creating impactive and engaging presentations in any sized room. For the ultimate interactive experience, two of the projectors in the Ultra-short-throw range include inbuilt interactive capabilities allowing any projection surface to become an interactive one.

Epson's Ultra-short-throw projectors have been widely implemented in the education market, helping teachers make their lessons interactive and fun at a lesser cost than a traditional projector and interactive whiteboard. However the interactive projectors are equally invaluable in the corporate environment enabling presenters to add notes or drawings and save them directly to the presentation or to use the interactive flip charts.
