Sweethaven service a number of local schools and try to add value to their products in a number of different ways:

• Regular Support Rate - some schools do not have dedicated IT expertise and benefit from a regular service call to resolve any issues that may have built up in the interim period or just for installation and IT training. We have introduced a special 'education rate' for regular service bookings.
• Industry Standard Systems – many  companies supplying the education trade build specialist systems which are aimed to make operation simpler but this often leads to the school being tied into that supplier and the pricing being reflective of that tie in. Sweethaven Computers design you industry dtandard systems so you are in an open market situation and you can therefore ensure we are supplying you competitively.
• Fast Response - If you are a regular Sweethaven Education Customer and require fast help in an emergency situation, we do our very best to respond…………… quickly. Because we only service local schools, our service is second to none.
• Personal IT Support - Sweethaven Computers can act as a reserve IT expert. If your IT expert leaves or is off sick and you have a problem, you can use our services as and when you need them. We offer a free overview of your school IT infrastructure and network set up - an employee is then designated to build the necessary knowledge base on your systems so that you can call on us in an emergency. Why not get us along, it doesn't cost you anything for this extra piece of mind.
• Experience - we service a number of local schools and colleges and have built up a certain expertise that only comes from experience.
• Keen Pricing - the benefit of servicing more than one market and belonging to a national buying group means that our prices are very keen - they have to be for education!
• Education Focus - we exhibited at the BECTA show and continue to participate in education promotions and initiatives where possible.
• Established - Sweethaven was established in 1977 and celebrate over 30 years in business. We don't know of any local IT company that has been around for more than 10 years, most a lot less.
